The staff there are helpful and polite. My recruiter, Doris, went above and beyond to help me do things right and another lady at the reception when I was filling my edocuments. Elizabeth was also professional and polite. It’s one of the best agencies around.

I’ve called plenty of times reaching out for a new job opportunity. These people here will take their time helping you find a job. I’ve been calling for weeks about a new job and have gotten no help at all. Ms Rubi helped me with one job that laid me off in 2 weeks because they didn’t need temps anymore. I’ve been trying to reach back out but have no answers. Ms Samantha is the most unprofessional. I’ve emailed her about tons of jobs with no response. I personally think she has something against helping black people. If you are someone who is trying to find a career this is not the place

After looking for employment for a few months and putting numerous applications out there. I began to loose hope. A friend suggested I go on TPI website to see what opportunities they had to offer. I applied for a couple as usual but didn't feel I get a response. Well I was wrong, Samantha with TPI called me to see what my needs were and salary range etc... After submitting my resume over for a position I applied for I got rejected by the client. I told Samantha it's ok. Please don't forget about me.
