UPR's staff was friendly, courteous and helpful from start to finish! They took care of everything and supplied a great product. My son was absolutely thrilled with his bounce house for his party, which UPR graciously supplied even though it was late in their outdoor product season. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Brian & Cindy were amazing with easy booking , communication and prices! Hands down would use again! We rented tent and chairs for a birthday party. They arrived when they said for set up & were professional & friendly. The tent was big enough to keep my guests cooler and not rained on. Thank you for all your help you guys were great!

Saved my daughter's graduation party! Our scheduled vendor cancelled at the last minute and Ultimate Party Rentals was able to provide us with a bounce house with delivery in less than an hour at a GREAT price! We rented Combo Bounce House,cotton candy machine and some chairs for my daughter's 10th birthday. Our guests including our daughter loved them very much.All kids had so much fun.Brian had most professional customer service.He communicated with me everything.Brian truly cares about his job because even he asked our opinion when it comes to cotton candy flavors. Late last night our bounce house place canceled I called ultimate bounce house this morning and asked if they could come for my sons birthday . Brian is amazing they said yes and will be here at 1245-1pm they sanitized and cleaned the entire bounce house . Thank you so much to this amazing company for working with us we truly appreciate it and can’t wait to use a bounce house in the summer .
