At BuxMont Bouncers safety is our #1 priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable event the below safety steps should be followed at all time. BuxMont Bouncers is registered, licensed, and fully safety certified performing self inspections at each and every moon bounce setup. In fact we didn't stop there.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve my bouncer? If your event is on a weekend between the months of May and September we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible. Spring/Summer weekends are extremely popular times for rentals and we generally book up fast. Weekday reservations during the Spring/Summer or reservations during non-peak months can be made up to about 5 days in advance.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems many people had the same issue I had with them. 24 hours before my child’s party they called claiming the bouncer was damaged by the previous renter and they didn’t have another one. I booked this bouncer on 9/7/21 for a party on 10/23/21. They offered me a slide instead which was not acceptable. If I wanted the slide I would have booked a slide. I called a couple days before to confirm my booking and the morning they canceled I got a text saying the bouncer was being cleaned and ready to go. I believe they damaged the bouncer themselves

I am writing this to hopefully help prevent the injury of any other children. We attended a family party this past weekend with a rental from BuxMont Bouncers. The individuals who came to set up the equipment did not set it up correctly. I did not know this at the time, or that it was their FIRST day on the job until after the damage was done---my 2 year old son broke his leg. This could have been 100% avoided had the owner appropriately trained and managed the set up for the equipment. This is completely unprofessional and negligent. I HIGHLY advise you do not use this company. BuxMont Bouncers

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They called me the day before my daughters party to cancel. Very unprofessional to give such short notice. I booked it over a month in advance and even got the confirmation email. Apparently this place is known for this type of behavior because when I called around to other companies trying to find a replacement, I explained what happened and their response was “let me guess Buxmont?” Unless you want to be cancelled on the day before your event do NOT use this place.

BuxMont Bouncers is definitely a 5-Star company. We have used them several times for school fairs and other events. The reservation process is always easy and they are very helpful. They show up on-time for set-up, are very professional, and the employees are exceptionally courteous. Their equipment is always clean - which has not been my experience with other companies. We will continue to use them for our events and I recommend them to anyone in need of inflatables!

We had rented a bouncey house a few years ago from another company. It was very expensive AND there was a seam by the entrance that was torn and air was coming out of it. It also seemed "dingy & dirty". Last year we rented from BuxMont for our grandson's 4th Birthday and were very happy : ) It was very clean and looked brand new! Everyone we dealt with, including the delivery guys, were so very nice. I am going online right now to rent another one for his 5th Birthday!

I am the principal of a private school and we booked a moon bounce months in advance for our summer program. We confirmed several weeks prior to the scheduled date. The morning of the scheduled arrival, the children waited with great anticipation for the moon bounce, but it never arrived. When I called the company, I was told they had to cancel because their delivery truck was in an accident a couple weeks ago. We never received notification of this, although they claimed "someone" left a message with "someone." My very disappointed children would give them no stars. They get one star for good

Delivery of the bouncer was about 2 hours late with no phone call until after I sent 2 or 3 emails and sat on hold for 23 minutes. The bouncer was absolutely filthy!!! Dead grass, stains, hair and other debris in the crevices. Only thing worse than that was their complete lack of customer service and customer satisfaction. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone else!
