Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Insulation Roofing, creates a complete roofing system that insulates, protects, reduces potential of leaks, adds structural support to the building, and cuts the amount of radiated heat into the building. A1 Lightfoot Construction deserves 5 stars! These people get it! First of all, they will tell it like it is; a rare quality in today's business. If you have ever been given the run-around, the bait and switch, endless delays, beaten up with fine print, price gouged, and a plethora of other common tactics like i have experienced many times in years of dealing with a slew of contractors for a business in the DFW area, you will find this company quite refreshing. Each time I have used A-1 Lightfoot's services the technician that came out was always on time, polite, professional, honest, and up front about the situation and job. They are not like a lot of companies out there that try and get you for all the money that they can. I've got a horror story or two about others. Being on a tight budget, when unexpected repairs are needed it's a great feeling to know that I have a company to call that I can trust fully and know that the job will be done promptly and right the first time. I will always use A-1 Lightfoot Construction's services.

I run a commercial roofing company here in the DFW area. We started using A 1 Lightfoot construction to disconnect and move A/C units during roof installations. I cant tell you how dozens of units they have moved for us over the years, but it is the same service and attention to detail on every project. They have even installed and maintain the units on our office and my home.

These guys know what they are doing!!
We were doing some major re-modeling, and they took us through every aspect of the project. From planning, to getting permits, to getting good pricing on materials, to scheduling the work around our needs, to finishing the job....they made it easy!
The work they've done includes moving doorways, pouring concrete, repairing termite damage, repairing major roof joist damage, building walls, laying tile, installing AC, electrical work, and more.
I hate spending money, but they explained every penny of the project, and how to save money along the way.
