The other name of Marvel homes is fraud homes. The only thing this company knows is to talk too much and give high hopes with zero (0) customer service. They have new project called Pasadena, for nearly 3 years where they took money from people and not developing anything. The plan is to return the old customer money without giving any profit and sale the same lot to new customers with higher price and higher rate plans. They are playing games with the community, complete fraud, especially if you deal with the manager Tofayel Feroz- rude and unprofessional guy. Stay away from Marvel home they will
