I made an appointment with G&S two weeks in advance and even took the day off of work just to make sure I would be home to meet them at the agreed upon time. G&S never showed.
The receptionist at G&S said they were too busy with something else to make the appointment. I never received a follow-up call to apologize or reschedule. That was it. I guess they think their time is more important than mine. G&S has proven to be completely unreliable and disrespectful.

Great, great, job. We have a (?) 45+ year old Hallmark pool (fiberglass sides, gunite bottom). We had G&S apply their FibreTech product in 1998, and it's still going strong. We finally got around to renovating the pool deck with their thin paver products. We were concerned with other companies products, since we had some cracks, and naturally cracks will reappear. With the pavers, any issue can be easily repaired by the piece. Santiago & Ivan did a great job that FAR FAR exceeded our expectations.
