Rick and his high school sweetheart, Janet, have been married over 30 years. Their daughter, Amanda, graduated from Baylor University and works in marketing. Their son, Brandon, is an Oral Maxillofacial Surgery resident. Outside of work, Rick enjoys metalworking, woodworking, hunting and is involved in the community through serving in a local church.
Before starting Stately Design & Renovation in 2007, he completed a real estate degree, held a real estate broker's license for a number of years, owned and remodeled rent houses, spent five years in home dcor, and worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller and IT project manager.

Therefore we spend a lot of time sharing our Process, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Today, Stately Design & Renovation is a boutique renovation company whose niche is ground-up additions, large scale renovations and second story add-ons. Oversees entire project from initial vision, design aspect and through the construction phase of the completed project.
At Stately Design & Renovation we are process driven. Process is defined as "a series of actions or steps taken to achieve a particular end." Our processes are designed to allow us to repeat our successes and learn from our mistakes. For instance, we complete a job forensic analysis after every job and then make adjustments to the applicable process.
