Black Magic Chimney & Fireplace will provide an estimate and outline for installation of your new fireplace. We will then schedule a convenient time for the work to proceed. Installation for stoves will usually be accomplished in 1 to 3 days, Installation for fireplaces will depend on your particular configuration but will usually require from 1 to 4 days.

Wanted for a simple chimney cap that their chimney cleaners actually recommended. They kept me on the "line" for months that I was on the list to get it done. I must had called 4-5 times waiting to be next. Never showed, called, or emailed. Awful customer service. The chimney sweepers were very knowledgeable and experienced... just wish their customer service was somewhat decent.

I don't know what the bad reviews are all about. We got our unit within 2-3 weeks of ordering it and they scheduled the install right away with us. Their installers were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. They recommended a gas fitter that shared all of these qualities as well. The gas unit they installed exceeds our expectations and was the best deal we could find locally. I would definitely recommend these guys!

All the negative reviews are true about Black Chimney. When you initially go in before they have your money, they are friendly and even come over your house to consult. But once they get your money it is impossible to get a hold of them and they never return your calls. I dealt with Larry and he was friendly at first, but after the deposit it was almost impossible to get a hold of him. Not to mention he gave all the wrong information on the size of the fireplace and how much space it will take up. Luckily our contractor went over and got the right specs, but that even took the sales people at the
