Unprofessional, and I've given them a chance TWO times.
I was sought out by their recruiter, Camilo, who said he had a job perfect for my qualifications. He then said he'd contact the employer...then ghosted me.
I have so many recruiters reaching out that I wasn't bothered with him the first time. The second time, more recently, he did the same as above and called me, asked me to call him back...then ghosted me, again.
I tried to reach out to the company CEO to inform them of the unprofessionalism of their "recruiter," but their website "contact" page goes

Unprofessional organization. Contacted me about a position I was overqualified for - I had headed up firm significantly larger and more complex and the managing director kept saying I could " grow into the position ". She had no clue about the business or me either. She then claimed she set up a phone interview with the company and provided a dial in number. I dialed in promptly but gave up after 30 minutes. This lady claimed the two interviewers both "forgot" , but didn't even apologize or reschedule. Unprofessional and a waste of my time
