I first met Edward on Zoom and our conversation was relaxed and informative and he had a very pleasant demeanor and positive attitude that made it easy for me to select him as my selling agent. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the market and in particular my area. Any angst-ridden questions that I threw at him were answered with easy to understand language and he was not comfortable until he was sure that I completely understood. We decided to sell our home in the Los Feliz area after 40 year. We needed to downsize now that the kids are on their own. Edward helped my wife and I find a new home in the Pasadena area, and he did an excellent job. We met Edward at an open house for a property he was selling and were pleasantly surprised at his willingness to jump in and patiently guide us through the process of finding and purchasing our dream home.
