As anyone who has been through this knows (or anyone about to go through this will find out), it can be a tedious process full of questions with the high expectation of knowledgeable answers. Katie patiently and carefully guided us through it with an obvious depth of knowledge about the various programs and offerings. We are now set and more than pleased with Katie’s efforts on our behalf!!
