This company is everything you'd hope for in a local business. I had an urgent need for a new snowblower, called them up, they delivered it to my property within 2 hours. I have to give 1 star because there was a time they were honest. That being said, I brought my lawn mower in to be fixed. They came and got it (they will transport for $50) and after about a week I received a call and was told that it wasn't worth it to fix it, and that repairs would be well over $700. I told them to go ahead and scrap it then after re-thinking that decision, I called them back within 30 minutes and asked them to bring the mower back to me. They dropped it off without ringing my doorbell to let me know they were here. They stuffed an envelope with a bill for $50 transport and I

I had my snow blower at Littleton Power Products for general maintenance (oil change, spark plug, belt check) and a snow storm was forecast to come our way on a Saturday. Drew is great: his prices are fair, he makes a point of it to educate his customers, his employees seem happy and do excellent work, and his turnaround time is better than any other shop I have been to. He recently did a tuneup of my chainsaw and after using it for about 40 minutes, I could not restart the saw. Drew tried to help me as much as he could over the phone to get the saw started but then told me to swing by his shop. I brought my power saw in for repair - because it was sputtering out after a couple of minutes. They cleaned it and checked it and found that it started up fine and stayed on. They didn't charge for it either. Definitely going there for all my power tool needs

I have used Drew's shop since it opened and I am so delighted. I found out about Drew through another person and I travel in excess of 30 miles to go to his shop because I know he is giving me a great deal and his service is spectacular.
