Verified buyer: I purchased a replacement chain for my chainsaw.
Product # sch 38S84 . . . I installed this chain replacement and it "Vibrates" so much I cannot used it.. I do nor want to damage my saw or hurt myself or someone else . . I wont bother with any return because I will thow it into my dumpster . . . I will never by a after market chain ever again. Schofield should have rold me the dangers . . .

Awesome equipment, awesome customer service, they stand by everything they sell. Better than those big box stores because when you have a problem you have a professional to talk to and make it right, instead of some teenager at home depot or lowes that doesn't care and tells you to call the manufacturer.

I have been doing business with Schofield Power Co for years. There is something to be said for dealing with the smaller local stores. I find it so much better than trying to buy something from one of the big box stores especially when it comes to service. These guys are the best! And there service is top notch too! I highly recommend Schofield Power for all your yard maintenance equipment.
