I came to see a unit that was available to rent and was told no one had submitted an application so filled out all the paperwork and provided our income and everything…only to be told right as we were about to finalize the application that my out of state ID wasn’t acceptable. They had taken my ID to view the apartment and had said nothing about needing a California ID, and the application also only asked for a state ID and did not specify California. This was very frustrating as we thought

For the most part I have had great experience with Moller. There maintenance professionals are very good, friendly and hard working. Their office professionals are helpful and knowledgeable. I have been very impressed with the work they have done and the problems they have fixed in my apartment. They are efficient, respectful and complete work in a timely manner. They seem to truly care. My only gripe was that I had to wait for an AC fix for a longer period of time than I would have liked. However, once Moller had the new AC system in hand, they replaced the next day. The wait was actually worth

Will do anything to avoid giving you back your security deposit
I received a bill $370 to paint for the entire apartment. and $135 for normal cleaning. Even after his staff inspected the apartment and gave me 2 thumbs up. Theodore the manager came the next day and charged me $505 in total. I lived in this apartment 3 days a week for a whole year. All i did there was sleep. The walls were fine
