My husband and I registered here for our wedding and it was a nightmare! The owner, Dayton is immature and inexperienced. She ordered our dishes and place settings online. She ordered almost every piece incorrectly and I ended up with too many of one piece and not enough of another. Had to go back to the store to return items and decided to wash my hands of this store and save around $1,000.00 by purchasing our dinnerwareonline at distinctivedecor.com. The store was uncooperative with taking the items back even though it was still within the return policy time frame. Save yourself the time

I'm actually not quite sure if the sales rep who checked me out yesterday was just unfriendly or maybe I expected too much.
I almost didn't make a purchase based on the fact that I felt like a "bother" in the store and it was actually strange that it was even difficult to find a sales rep that I could ask if an item was available. (Salesrep30) I will still come back, but disappointed this time.

I've shopped here off-and-on for years and have always appreciated the product quality and selection. During a recent shopping trip I was able to appreciate their excellent customer service. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the associate's name (her number from the receipt is 29!), but she was patient and creative in helping me select table linens. It was challenging because I recently decided to use my late mother's china every day instead of keeping it stored away. The china is from the 1940s and has a very ornate floral and gold pattern, and I wanted to use the table linens to give the

Amazingly poor service. I went in to buy a serving tray and had to wait 20 minutes just to get someone to help me. Additionally, the information I was given by the sales associate turned out to be wrong. To top it off, 2 of the sales associates were so rude to me and my mother that we left immediately. I really wanted to give a local vedor my business but decided to buy online instead. Will not recommend this store to anyone I know.
