I've known that tailor since the 70's. I worked on the next block for years ! I was so glad I finally needed an expert tailor to do some specialty work on my Ralph Lauren wool plaid full length coat ! I'm so glad he's still in business ! I would trust no other ! I took a vintage Oleg Cassini jacket that needed alterations and a pair of custom made lambskin boots that had a tear in the back near the seam to Arsen's. I needed them within 5 days for a trip. These pieces of clothing are very important to me and I knew I needed someone special to do the work. From the moment I walked in, I had a sense of the owner's professionalism.
