Fancher's Upholstery has been in Business since 1975 - When Mary started doing a few pieces of Furniture for Family and Friends. Recovering everything, from Boats to Sofas. Boat Covers, Canvas Repairs, Medical Waiting rooms to exam tables, Dental Tables, Restaurant and Bar Booths, Sofas, Love seats, Chairs and Benches you name it, We have probably done it.
The Boat Covers shown below are custom made for each customer. All of our covers are made on the Boat at our Saline Location Not our Ypsilanti Upholstery shop. We can not use the old canvas for a pattern. Boats must come to us for them to turn out like the pictures. We make all boat covers as if we are making it for ourselves.
Not sure if it can be repaired or if it can be made? Need a Prototype? Every shop you call shrugs it's shoulders and has no clue? Just ask if we can. We may have done it already! Things like Electrical Contact Sewing for Carbon based heating elements, Special Beer Cart covers that will outlast anything China could ever build.

This is a small shop with very personal help. While they are not the fastest, they did high quality work and did complete the work in the time promised. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and the attention to detail in their upholstering of our two love seats and footstool. We also appreciated the help we were given in selecting fabric. We felt that the price was reasonable for the quality of work that was provided. We have used this company in the past and will continue to use them for all of our reupholstering needs. We highly recommend this business.

I've been looking for a quality sun blocker for our VW for when we go camping and came across Franchers. Once I placed my order, I expected it to take about a month because they make them once you order since there's multiple options. Only took about a week to get to my home from the time I ordered it, the quality is great, it came with a bag for cover (in the color I selected, the color matches great the top color of our bus (Coastal Ivory) and we can't wait to go camping now! I highly recommend Franchers. I'll update this review once we start using it more but as of now we're very pleased.

I purchased a Bra for 219 Mercedes Sprinter van to help with damage from egg corn nuts road debris from Sprinter Parts Depot, they sent me the wrong part, and refused to return it fortunately the OEM had put an insert in the packages, I contact Jonce the owner they are a family owned business and he and his daughter Morgan were great, they took back the bra, and sent me the correct product, my assumption is Sprinter Part Depot had a lot of these older model bra which were for a 2001 and can’t get rid of them. I gave them a one star review and will not do business with them again.

January 2019, My husband and I picked up the beautifully reupholstered 4 dining room chairs. Fanchers’ team performed an incredible miracle with their workmanship. My husband, who is not easily impressed was ecstatic!!! We have employed their services several times and will continue to support this local business because of their goals of perfection! The work ethic of this company is superb!!!
