Norm of Dr. Stitch did an above-and-beyond job for me recently! I contacted him on Dec. 14 to see if he could reupholster an ottoman for a Xmas gift to my son. Unfortunately, the fabric didn’t arrive until the 23rd. When it came in, Norm immediately phoned me to let me know that it had arrived; I thanked him for the notice and acknowledged that it would be a somewhat belated present, which I had known was a possibility given the timeframe. Instead, he offered to try to get it done for me within the next day. Sure enough, he called me late morning on Christmas Eve to let me know he was done.
