Where do I begin to say how grateful I am to be a patient here. Heidi is simply wonderful she's always there for me when I'm in need of assistance. She always manages to work around my work schedule even if it's a last minute thing. She even stays longer than her closing schedule just so I can get my hearing aids working to the best quality sound that works best for me. This place is worth 10 stars and beyond. No better place in the world to go that's worth it than here. And I live 45 minutes away and usually work hours away . I could go elsewhere for help, but i prefer it here, because of her

Heidi is most amazing at her job. After she tested my hearing to figure out why I was having problems at my waitress job, she also helped me to get help from an agency to pay for my hearing aids. She has been there for me every step of the way and gone above and beyond what I think anyone else would have.
