I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. Garbage don't use them 4.95 to pay your card online 10$ to pay it over the phone. They are money hungry thieves. Spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday and another 45 today and was hung up on. I'm trying to give them 2600$ to get rid of them. Don't make the same mistake.

Michelle Hollenbeck of Unitus Mortgage (Clackamas Office) has been an excellent provider for our new home loan. In this crazy real estate market, she responded rapidly to questions from real estate agents and us the home buyers. And, she was able to quote us new pre-approvals in five minutes (after we got the preliminaries pinned down). On Nov 1. Someone made fraud charge on my card. I called n talk to customer service n the decision was made to cancel my card n order a new one. No problem because in the past it has taken no less then a week. My bank is in Portland Oregon n I live in Seattle. Today is Nov 19 and still no card. I called customer service after 10 days and was… informed that I needed to wait 20 business days. There is no way you you that many card to process that it takes 20 days. I was given the worst service in my 45 years of membership today. I spent 90+minutes talking to someone that could not help me, couldn’t get anybody and couldn’t refer the problem. I had to take time off work to deal with a missing wallet- My needs are part of doing business- Just who do you have NOT TAKING CARE OF THE MEMBERS???

I will never bank anywhere else!!! I have been down on my luck since covid started and I didn't have much money but I still made it work. Then one day I saw my account was overdrawn and I immediately tried to contact the bank to see if I could get my fee waved. . . . Michelle Hollenbeck did a fantastic job with the Mortgage on my new house. This was my first home purchase and she explained everything clearly and in layman's terms, patiently, till I fully understood.

Migrated after the 2008 financial dredging by big banks & have only increased my appreciation for Unitus as an institution since then. As a credit union, I can't say enough good about them & the folks who work there. They stand head & shoulders above the big commercial banks & have extremely competitive products that actually work to help people. Even ol' George Bailey from "It's a Wonderful Life" would tip his hat to Unitus.

My husband and I recently have been in the process of buying a home - we’re both current members and we are financing through Unitus. As we were trying to get our down payment situated, a couple of people were really helpful and went above and beyond to reassure me that a wire transfer we needed was processed and available. I believe their names… were Angel (first answered my call) and Austin (soft-transferred to him by Angel). Austin even called me later to confirm that the wire had been processed and completed. I signed up for Unitus years ago after being treated wonderfully when I wasn't even a member. Fast forward to today and we closed on our first home. I had always heard about the painful process of home buying and the terrible mortgage brokers and what not.

Well, Michelle Hollenbeck made our first go at it extremely easy. She was quick to answer questions, even outside normally business hours. For most things I absolutely love Unitus CCU. Checking,car loans, credit cards etc. have all been great. For mortgages however it has been absolutely the worst experience ever. Took over eight months for them to complete (with no reason why-50% equity, good income and credit scores, appraisal waiver etc)), mistakes were made in loan docs requiring… us to resign all docs 3 days after original signing, and have spent the last 5 months trying to set up automatic payments from our Unitus checking account (6 trips into branches and tons of phone calls trying to figure out why it's not happening

Never ever do home loan with them. Terrible and no experience at all. I would give zero star if I can.
Banking is okay.

I called the number on their website. Was ASSURED that shared branch banking was available here. This specific location. Arrived and there was a sign next to the door which had clearly been there a while stating that share branch banking was no longer provided at this location.

My daughter was recently a victim of an online check scam. Rather than Unitus advocating for her, they said “she should have known how to detect a scam and recognized a fraud check”. They have closed her accounts and refused to continue a member relationship with her. My daughter, who is a freshman in college, 2200 miles away is now left with *… No debit card * No access for money for food * No access for funds for transportation * And her family so scrambling to put the pieces back together
So I ask you, is this the reassurance you want for yourself, your family or your college

I have banked with this bank for only a year but my parents have been with this bank for quite awhile and I have to say since joining I have loved every minute. It’s so easy to get what I need done and especially with the help of the people that work there. Especially the lady that helped me and my boyfriend today set up an account. Raelynn, she was such great help, she made sure we understand everything that was going on and she was so easy to talk to and super friendly.
