My husband and I have been members here for years now. Friendly, personal service at the window, and inside! During this whole pandemic, they've worked hard! When the window lines were long, because we couldn't go inside, once you got to the window, you received the personal care you were used to! They maintained their professionalism and kindness, while many weren't being kind to them, at a very trying time.

Tried making a payment over the phone which is how I normally make payments on my truck. Was told I could no longer make phone payments with no explanation. Customer service was so rude and not helpful at all! Made me feel like they wanted me to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed customer!

They are THE BEST BANK to work with. My husband and I were recently defrauded to the tune of $1,000. Clackamas worked diligently and in less than two days we had the money back in our account. Recommend with caution: I’m a fairly savvy app user and the new App they just released is incredibly confusing, not user friendly AT ALL , it took me almost 4 days to figure out how to access my account as my password I guess was wiped with new app roll out. No user email or any tutorial to begin. They should not have done this in the middle of a… pandemic when access to help is limited. I hate it. I had an auto loan that I paid off before Covid hit and had $98 leftover in the account. They will not allow an electric transfer or cut a check over the phone. But because it's less than $100 they are charging $10/mo and STEALING my money because they require someone go in during these times. Most credible financial institutions have forgiveness… during these times. BUT their staff rushes to lock the doors 10 minutes before closing... KEEP THE MONEY YOU MUST NEED IT!!! How about you ues it and go to Best Buy to get some software that can handle electronic transactions!

Rude, unhelpful, condescending employees. Ignoring legal court orders. These people don't care or even want your business. Such an off putting and horrid experience. I'm sticking with Chase, because at least Chase knows what they're doing. Incompetence is the name of the game at Clackamas Federal Credit Union where you have to spell everything out for them in crayon and they still don't get it. Bank elsewhere, people. These people operate in the stone age.

Ashley would not issue a new debit card with my middle and last name. She insisted that it needs to be full name even though they had previously issued several debt cards over the years with only my middle and last name, as well as checks - and I had a tribal citizenship card using the name I desired. She effectively said, “That tribal citizenship card doesn’t matter.” Also their interest rates are roughly half of what their major competitors offer. Clackamas offers .8% for a 3 month CD and OnPoint offers 1.49% for the same term. All tiers for CD and money market accounts were the same difference

I've been with these guys for 30 years they are absolutely fantastic I have never once paid a dime for any service. Clackamas they're not like a bank where you have to pay for checking or anything you want to do with your money. if I use an ATM and get charged at the end of the 30 days I get my ATM fees back

We approved CFCU as our auto lender. What a mistake!
After submitting our auto insurance policy twice to prove coverage etc.. CFCU added a 3rd party insurance charge of $5800 to our loan. ZERO customer service in the insurance dept. No phone calls, NOTHING! All Emails I sent were responded with "Robotic automated responses". Now because of CFCU's lack of service I am having to spend far too much time proving the obvious...My Liberty Mutual Insurance policy..which we have had for 20+ years and had on day 1 after our auto policy. I would pass on this lender, they are very poor on communication.

Clackamas Federal Credit Union is by far the worst credit union. They treat their employees absolutely horrible, they are a credit union that is only looking out for themselves. The management is terrible and employees are constantly on their phones not helping members or not making the members their top priorities. They have no sense of urgency and are not there for their members. I would not recommend banking here if you are looking for great customer service.
