Beth was incredible to work with!! She helped us sell out home and purchase a new one. During the selling process she provided advice on how to stage our home and she also gave us contractor contacts to fix it up a bit. During the buying process Beth was patient and let us make all the decisions. We ultimately found our dream home, yes...even in this crazy market! Beth was with us every step of the way. Beth and her team are by-far the best Real Estate Team I have worked with. When we were looking for a new home in Huntington Beach, she was patient and helpful in finding the perfect location. She never pushed us to view a property we were not interested in. When we did find out "forever" home, she went to bat to get us the best deal. Beth is definitely a full service realtor. She was involved with all aspects of our house sale from staging and presentation to coordination of all needed aspects of the sale. She arranged professional photographs and videos and effectively promoted the listing. She sold the house the first day for more than the listing price. We were first time home buyers. Beth treated us like we were friends from day one. She walked us through all the trends and trials and tribulations of buying a home for the first time, all with absolute patience and pleasure. And always with a huge smile. It made our experience an excellent one. She didn't force us into anything we didn't like and she was there with us when our first few offers didn't get accepted with more homes lined up to check out.
