Founded by Dudley Greenhut in 1946, the company today has grown to be the premier contractor in Northwest Florida, working as both a Construction Manager and Design- Build firm. We remain a family owned firm, operated under the leadership of the second and third generation Greenhut son and grandson of Mr. Dudley.
