The entire staff is very polite, positive and cheerful. Dr. Melgosa is a natural teacher. He talked me through some complicated dental procedures while illustrating everything on my own dental X-rays. He was very patient and thorough making my visit a true pleasure. How often can you say that about a dental appointment? I highly recommend Dr. Melgosa to any person.

Dr. Melgosa reached out and spoke with the insurance company to remedy the situation. Everything is now taken care of. Like I said in my first review the service of Dr. Melgosa was good but my disgust was with the billing. I found the staff to be professional even when I was highly disturbed. If the will have me back I would be willing to go and have them take care of me and my family. Thank you again for making this bad situation go away.

I went in on a first time seeing Dr. Melgosa and his staff. I must say they were just in the mist of moving and they were transitioning into their new office, really nice looking office by the way. Kristin was really nice and was able to get me out in time for my next appointment. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Will see you soon for some work that needs to be done next month.

After having a nightmare of an experience at First Step Dental and being turned away by a different dentist who didn't feel comfortable doing the procedure on my daughter (understandable I guess), I was referred to Dr. Melgosa by my aunt who's been seeing him for some time now. She just went on about how polite he was and how he wouldn't try to pull one over on me financially. I decided to give him a try.
