It was the day before christmas eve.. I had a flat and spare went flat within 100 yards.... no one else would show up.. I called all over... while they really dont dont this kind of service call... the said its Christmas... we will be right so you can get down the road ..... to be home on time... It was a Christmas miracle... they where so professional and curtious.... they came and got me... drove to the shop... which was nice.. drove me back to my vehicle with new tire and installed it... I can't thank them enough.. such nice people.. and I nice Goodyear tire to boot... I would like to say thanks

The staff was very professional and very helpful. I left my car for the day for an alignment since they were extremely busy. Even with the many vehicles that were being worked on as well as the numerous one waiting for service and their phones ringing off the hook, they took the time to explain everything they did to my car and didn't rush through it. Honey was fantastic and was so sweet during everything. I was very satisfied and happy that there's still awesome small businesses in my town that give you the hometown feeling. I'll happily return in the future when need be.

Yesterday was my first time at Parker tire, but it will not be my last. I was treated courteously, professionally and promptly. I did not have an appointment, but they took a look at my problem immediately and had me come back in the same day to take care of it. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely come back and will refer all my friends. Mr. Chuck is knowledgeable and keeps you posted on your car repair and time. He imparts all the information you need in a way that you understand and can make plans for future repairs.

For about 5 yrs , been a loyal customer. had 3 different cars serviced regularly and bought 2 full sets of tires from them.but for the past 9 months or so i have been getting the feeling i need to have a large amount done at once or they dont think I am worth their time. After bringing my truck to Parker's for rear breaks, I got my truck back and the break pedal didn't feel right. I called and talked to Steve, he informed me that well basically I didn't know what I was talking about. A couple of days went by and I brought it back insisting something was not right. They brought it in and looked at it and told me once again, I didn't know what I was talking about. A week went by, I brought it back again, this time they agreed to bleed the system or so they told me. Well 32,000 miles later, I have no rear breaks. They agreed to replace them under

All the folks at Parkers are great but Steve and Randy are greater lol. We have used them many times but this past one takes the cake. I am a Hot shot runner and drive about 15,000 miles a month.
I took my Dually in for a right rear axle seal, no big deal truck has 261,000 miles on it. Well I guess it looked bad so Steve had them check the other side. Sure enough it was very bad also even though it was not showing signs. Because of the weights I tow this could have cost me a lot of time money and inconvenience and my safety if It had blown that seal or locked up an axel while towing.

Patronizing, uninformed, not just unhelpful but deliberately obstructive. I had the very same experience that the reviewer "Taylor J" had. I bet she had the same guy (Steve). He didn't know the answer to my question (when would the car be ready), so he blustered, lectured, and tried to hide his ignorance with the very same type of behavior. "This is a 2016, you ought to want it to be perfect". And "This is auto mechanics, not burger flipping"..

Worth the drive from Gainesville. Quality, professional service and reasonable prices. Managers deal directly with customer service. You can tell they are knowledgeable and that the mechanics are respected and appreciated. That feeling you get at a lot of mechanics where you're not really sure whether to trust them? You don't get that here. Would highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. While checking tires during a road trip they caught a serious problem my regular shop had missed. They had to work like crazy to find a supposedly standard part that no one in town seemed to have. Half an hour before we thought we'd have to leave the RV for the night they turned up a supplier and they stayed as long as it took to finish the repair. Pleasant folks, and they know their stuff.
