I am a life time northeast Ohio resident and a University of Akron & North Olmsted High School Graduate. I worked with Mikhail out of Joe's office in Parma. Very responsive, very professional, and worked with me when we had a pretty aggressive timeline to get flood insurance and homeowner's insurance documentation that was required for a mortgage. I was able to stop into the office in person to drop off the required documents instead of waiting for the mail, which was a big help in getting the insurance in time for my closing date. Highly recommend working with Mikhail!
