Absolutely exceptional service. Had a serious issue with our refer. Called Tony and he was out within 4 hours. Fixed the problem immediately. He went above and beyond servicing the unit. Asked about our ice/water filter which I knew nothing about. Changed that for us. His pricing is extremely fair. Where most organizations would gouge you for immediate service. Tony does not treat his customers that way. I sincerely believe that he views his customers as "family" and treats them as such. Just an outstanding technician and human!
