Dr. Ashley Turus (Whitford) is a second generation Chiropractor, who grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Growing up in a Chiropractic family, Dr. Ashley understands and knows how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle. Dr Ashley has been getting adjusted since she was born and has lived a life with a holistic mindset of no drugs or surgeries, only chiropractic.
Following a complimentary consultation, the doctor will determine if an examination is necessary. Utilizing advanced technology, the doctor will thoroughly assess your spine for any structural misalignment. After the examination, if a spinal problem is confirmed, a follow-up appointment will be made to review all examination findings.

First time in 71 years to visit a Dr. Of Chiropractics. Low Back Pain as a result of my hobby golf. Life First Chiropractics located in Pompano chosen because of its proximity to my home. No other reason at the time. My review of this office comes after 12 consecutive visits. Findings: Objective; Low Back Pain has completely diminished without further issues.

I've been getting adjusted at this office for over two years, and love it! Dr. Ashley and Dr. Patricia are amazing chiropractors, and even greater humans. Everyone in the office has been wonderful and super accommodating. I couldn't imagine life without getting regularly adjusted by this amazing team.

My husband and I started going to Life First Chiropractic when he threw his back out at Christmas almost 4 years ago. We started going regularly for chiropractic care and when I found out I was pregnant I was adjusted weekly and thank goodness I was because it helped keep me active! Dr. Ashley and Dr. Patricia are always there when I need them, and Kathy and Martha are always accommodating last minute when needed. The office is always clean, kid friendly, and they make a huge difference in day to day life! Thanks for always keeping me adjusted!

Had an urgent visit today after tweaking my back somehow! And oh my gosh I was immediately relieved. Dr. Patricia worked some gentle magic and I was walking straight out of there! They stayed late for me as traffic was horrible and I was late rushing there after work. I am so thankful for the care provided to me today in a last minute pinch. Thank you!

I'm a new patient here but I knew soon as I walked in the door that I would become a regular. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. Every single staff member is not only genuine for their concern about their patients but also very passionate about the services they provide. Dr. Patricia and Dr. Ashley are simply the best there is hands down. I would HIGHLY recommend LFC for TLC!!!
