Greg was incredible to work with. This was the first home we have ever sold and he pretty much guided us through the entire process. First he prepared an extensive cost market analysis, gave us his insights and suggested a game plan on how to increase value of our property. He made recommendations on improvements and was very hands on in the clean up, restoration and beautification of the property.
