Kacey started experimenting making raw or non baked desserts and cakes for family and friends in 2012 and she began working with local vegan restaurants in 2013. Since then, she has worked with companies such as Bliss Cafe and New Earth Health Cafe, where she created recipes and food products such as: pies, cakes, pastries, protein bars, probiotic kefir, cultured cheeses and yogurts.
Kacey now is a raw dessert chef and vegan/raw food educator. Kacey currently teaches specialty culinary classes at the Central Coast Culinary Institute in San Luis Obispo. She also teaches workshops and private in home lessons. Forever a student, Kacey is always educating herself in culinary and nutrition, as well as, developing new skills.

This was one delicious cake! Ordered the Neapolitan for my wife's birthday celebration, thinking thinking that the kids would also like the strawberry flavor and it was the right call! The cake had a lovely cheese-cake texture but a touch lighter. The crust was a nutty/date mix that complimented the cake perfectly. Also, it was all natural and not overly sweet. All-in-all it was perfect.
Also let me add that Kacey delivered the cake to our porch, which was very nice to do now in time of Covid. I was also able to place the order through her website so no money exchange hands, which made it

This is an amazing family run business and they put a lot of love and effort into taking care of their cakes and customers. I highly recommend Kacey to anyone who wants to go beyond just buying cakes but also buying from people that are reliable and trustworthy with what they are passionate about and their clientele.

These little cakes are pure heaven! A friend introduced them to me about a year ago, and they are now my favorite dessert. The lime is my favorite! They are rich and creamy and full of flavor. My three daughters beg for them as a special treat. Unfortunately my local supplier, Shine in Morro Bay, has been sold out every time I go in lately. I'm hoping my husband takes the VERY obvious hint and orders me one for my birthday next month!
