I'm the owner of PKs Custom Cakes and passionate about baking and designing cakes! I'm a retired Registered Nurse and now a custom cake decorator. I have been decorating cakes for many years which has lead to PKs Custom Cakes. I bake, decorate, and run PKs Custom Cakes out of my home kitchen so my cakes are truly homemade.

I create realistic sugar flowers and succulents crafted from sugar and frosting that melt in your mouth. I was trained by the world-class wedding cake designer, Paul Bradford. Along with taking his online classes, I also attended Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School for a 5-day advanced course in Scotland where I received my certification.
PK's Custom Cakes creates original, one-of-a-kind wedding cakes. By using your inspirational photos, vision, and ideas, I will design the cake you've been dreaming about for your big day. I digitally sketch out your proposed cake in color, and send it to you for approval and revision until we arrive at the perfect original wedding cake for you!
Pam's talent and creativity is absolutely amazing! We were looking for a unique and personal wedding cake experience, and Pam was the perfect choice. She welcomed us into her home to taste all of her delicious cakes and fillings. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and had great attention to detail when it came to choosing special flowers and colors.

OMG! These guys are AMAZZZING!!! Using them for our upcoming wedding cake. The tasting was as out of this world experience. Their cakes are beautiful, but often, with beautiful cakes, you have to sacrifice flavor - not the least bit true with PKs Custom Cakes. The flavors, the textures, the fillings; even the fondent (usually disgusting) is delicious (they make it with chocolate ganache!).
Our experience was so over-the-top, we asked them to make a birthday cake for our mother. She was overjoyed with the beauty. We were thrilled with her joy and with how our experience was/is so incredible

One of my best finds for the wedding! Pam makes the most beautiful and unique sugar flowers I have ever seen, uses white chocolate instead of fondant to give the cakes a perfect look, and has great cake and filling selections that actually make the cake enjoyable to eat! Additionally, it all comes at a reasonable cost. If you're interested, would highly recommend a cake tasting too. She allows you to mix and match so you can try a little bit of everything. It really is delicious!

This is the best birthday cake I have ever had. The cake is moist for days, and the frosting is actually edible (not like normal fondant). It tastes like something out of a French bakery. Even after putting half of the cake in the freezer, it still tasted good over a month later. I highly recommend PK's cakes for any celebration where a cake is needed!!

Wow! This cake was gorgeous and delicious. Definitely one of the tastiest cakes i've ever had: very moist, rich smooth ganache, and tangy lemon curd filling. My husband ordered me a birthday cake and Pam just made the decorations perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Pam for helping make my birthday amazing!

THE BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD! Pam made a beautiful Minnie Mouse theme cake for my daughters 2nd birthday that tasted absolutely amazing- very moist and dense. We had a vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream filling. All of our guests raved about it. Not to mention it looked perfect! She is professional, talented & very friendly. She loves what she does and it shows! Definitely have her make you a cake for your special event.

Pam is so incredibly talented!!! My husband and I loved our delicious 1 year anniversary cake! The taste was amazing and the flower was beautiful.
