This is to rebut the reply by owner. When in your store the first time your employee asked me if I wanted to try it on and I declined as I had jeans on and could not get them above my knee far enough. He said to try it at home and if too big return it. So if he was going to have me try it on in the store on bare skin why would there be an issue when I tried it on at home and exchanged the non fitting one within an hour after purchase and be thrown away? And on a final side note the one I kept had clearly been opened and tried on by someone else when I got it. So I am not confident that you throw

At first service was excellent, my wife injured her knee , bought a knee brace , she thought it too big , exchanged it for smaller , again thought too big , bought second brace , too small , returned it and was insulted as they didn't want to except it as it had " touched skin" that I lacked common sense. Let's follow that logic , I can try on shoes , hats , pants , shirts ,coats , jackets , gloves , girls can even try on bras , all touch skin. No one said anything about the return policy. Please educate your employees.

They are the best. Once I walked into the store they both said hello to me. Made me feel very welcomed. The gentlemen helped me out. He was the best. Very helpful. Asked what I needed and even thou I told him the wrong item he still went and got me the correct one with out a problem at all. If you need anything at all. This is the place to go. Best customer Serivce that I have ever seen. I will be coming here from now on. No matter how far I have to drive just because they are the best.

Let me start by saying that I called initially and got the exact information and service I needed from Erick. That got me to the store where Estefany sealed the deal with a great attitude, attentive service, knowledge of medical equipment, and overall great customer service. Medical equipment is not something I'm knowledgeable about but Estafany advised me and got the wheelchair I needed for the situation and budget I was handling. By far fantastic service and prices felt very reasonable! Will definitely recommend them to others needing med equipment and will return if I need more med supplies
