Very poor customer service. Do not respond to emails. Ordered masks online and a week later no update. Asked to cancel, no response.
Finally they emailed me to let me know they were out of stock. But won’t respond to whether they confirmed cancellation/refund. They need big help when it comes to customer communication and system processes. An item shouldn’t be listed as in stock and for sale if they don’t have the stock.
