In 1978, Douglas "Doug" Croley founded our firm as an exclusive Nationwide Insurance Agency. Today, over 40 years later, we are an independent insurance agency representing over 100 insurance carriers. Over the years our agency has won insurance industry and community awards. The team at Doug Croley are extremely efficient and professional. I’ve had to file two claims this past two years and they made it painless and stress free. In a time when needing to file a claim the last thing you want to worry about is if your insurance agent is there for you. They are! Jennifer Calloway has been in my corner on a number of occasions. The prices are outstanding, they regularly check for ways to save me money or get me more coverage at the same rate. Highly recommend this team.

I love the office staff at Doug Croley. They are always very friendly & very professional. Jennifer handles my account and she is fantastic. If Jennifer is on another call, they always ask if they can help me instead of just sending me to a voice mail. Love the attention they give you. I have also spoken to Will Croley and he is also wonderful. Love this business!

The staff at Doug Croley's office are the best. They are always accessible, and so friendly and eager to help. Today I contacted the office and Rachael Bruce called me back within minutes. She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process of changing vehicles, and made it so easy, quick and thorough. The best customer service ever!
