This was my 2nd time using the Preowned Auto Logistics to transfer my car from Massachusetts to Florida. Sara in Customer Service is phenomenal. They are so accommodating, and take such good care of your car. I feel 100% safe using their services. The car arrived exactly as planned, drop off and pick up are quick, efficient, and the whole process is efficient.
I highly recommend. Mindy and Jake at PAL were awesome! My car got picked up right on time in Maine and arrived at my door in California 6 days later. The driver, Ile, was very communicative in coordinating the drop off, calling 24 hours before and then checking in multiple times that day to update me on his timing.

They told me Thursday / Friday on Wednesday, then the driver called me Friday and told me it would be Saturday evening. Then Saturday afternoon I got a call and he said it would be Sunday morning before 12pm. Then I received a call Sunday morning that said he would be here at 630pm. It would have been perfectly fine to just tell me Sunday evening from the start. I had several other car delivery services that I got quotes from that guaranteed delivery on the scheduled day within a 4 hour window. Had I known this would have been the experience I would have taken my business elsewhere. STAY AWAY!

Kerri from PAL was extremely helpful to myself and several other parents looking to ship their car from the Boston area down to New Orleans. She checked in along the way to let us know about delivery and followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend her or the company for auto transportation needs in the future.

Kerri was completely wonderful in this process. Been searching for a company for months to pick up my vehicle from the body shop in California and deliver to North Carolina. After hearing all horrible stories from others and the internet I was completely worried that I would have the same story. I got my Blazer faster then I thought and was completely happy with the process and no hiding fees, everything was perfect and I’ll only use this company in the future!!!!

Colby Harlow was the account manager that worked with me to transfer a car to California. He was available and able to answer all my questions. He was professional and efficient. I was a bit concerned as I have never used a service like this but it was great. Colby followed up and checked in during the week the car was in transit. Great company, great representative.

We moved out of the state of Massachusetts to Florida last week and needed to have one of our vehicles shipped down too. I was a bit nervous about having my auto shipped and even more nervous about the length of travel. I was compelled to write a review because we had an amazing experience with Preowned Auto Logistics from start to finish. Bill set me up with Kerri to handle the transport of my SUV from Fort Lauderdale to Buffalo. Everything went smooth from customer service to the gentleman/driver who picked up my vehicle. He took pictures of the vehicle and once it was loaded on the trailer. He gave me his cell number to call or text him, which l did once. Delivery was perfect! I am very pleased with Auto Logistics and will definitely use them in the future😊
