My wife has been in ocean medical center for 1 week now. Have requested that the doctors treating her call me and inform me of my wife's situation. To date I have not recieved a phone call. unfortunately my wife tested positive even thought she has had both vaccines. This is the reason I can't be with her.

My wife walked in with food poisoning tonight around 0045 hrs and she was immediately told well it’s a 7 hour wait if you want to stay get comfortable, or you can go somewhere else. She was handed a vomit bag and they let her throw up in the er wait room/out front of the vestibule no concern to get her looked at. Would definitely not recommend this hospital as someone who just moved to ocean county from northern NJ not impressed at all. Check your security cameras around 1-130 am you can see her throwing up out front

Trash. No consistency in care. Pt had covid and they allowed items from patients home to be entered into the hospital. Then when I had new items for a patient the nursing staff told me i needed to quarantine and I wasn't even in contact with said pt. Disrespectful . Go to jersey shore where they allow you to have fresh underwear and quality of life. Lysol kills germs on boxes of new clothing get educated.

My 25 year old daughter just finished chemo treatments and I just want to say thank you to every nurse in the infusion room. Everyone of you are an angel. you all treated my daughter as if she was your daughter or sister. Thank you for making a miserable time much more bearable. Keep up the good and caring work, it is not unnoticed!

Brought a patient to the emergency room after she suffered a trip and fall. The patient wanted to go to Ocean Medical Center because her doctors were there and she felt more comfortable at this hospital. The charge nurse was unprofessional, rolling her eyes, giving an attitude when I told her I wasn’t sure why the daughter of the patient was vaccinated, then had the audacity to ask “how many hospitals did you pass to come here.” I’ve had many interactions with this nurse and they have been identical to this. Speaking to local agencies, they’ve experienced similar encounters.

Brought my daughter to the emergency room last night and I’d like to thank your staff for their professionalism and immediate care. We’ve been to this hospital a couple times and I have nothing negative to say about her care or treatment! My daughter has a complex medical issue and it always seems like the staff takes it serious and tries to get us through the process as fast as possible. Thank you again!!!!
