We're proud to offer in-home medical care to patients who are home-bound or have transportation/mobility issues. Our effective and convenient in-home services are available for adult patients with chronic conditions. In-home care generally results in a more consistent treatment of chronic illness, leading to better outcomes, such as reduced hospitalizations and less frequent need for emergency services.
I would recommend Dr. Grachev to anyone. He removed my gallbladder without any problems, and my follow up visit a week later was very thorough with all of my questions answered. Doctor Igor Priven is an absolute expert on Diabetes. He has set me up on programs to help me control my blood sugar levels that I did not even know existed.
From Route 9 South: Take a slight right turn onto Craig Road, just past the Wegmans / Best Buy Shopping Centers. Look for Building 100 on left. Our building is 200 Craig Rd, second floor, Suite 202, directly behind 100 Craig Rd. From Route 18 North: Take exit 25 B for NJ-79 South toward Freehold, turn Right onto Ryan Rd (just after Dunkin Donuts).

This is the worst medical facility I've ever been to; the staff is horrible and doesn't understand what a patient is trying to tell them. They give you duplicate documents to complete before your appointment and don't want you to left before you make another appointment - only looking for $$$. Stay away.
