If I had one thing to complain about, it's that they wouldn't take any money for fixing our Forester. One of the electronic sensors on our bumper got knocked out in a hit-and-run, so we couldn't back the car up without setting off the alarms. The Subaru dealership sent us to Marty's. They thought it would only take an hour or two, and told us to stop by the following morning. So I dropped the car off, headed over to a coffee shop nearby. When I came back in an hour, the job was done. Sensor back in operation. Cost? They said it only took them 10 or 15 minutes - no charge!

If I could give Marty's 10 stars, I would.
During a really stressful time - I met Roger and he was compassionate, professional and did an amazing job on the car.
Oh, and the icing on the cake? The cost actually came in LESS than what the original quote.
To find an ethical body shop that overdelivers is not easy to find. And Marty's is a diamond in the rough.

They did a very good, quick. and inexpensive job. I have had to work with a number of body shops in 4 states in the past, and Marty's is the best.

Not only are their prices beyond reasonable but their workmanship is far superior than their competitors. I am thrilled with the work done on my car and I'm actually anticipating getting into my next accident so I can experience the thrill of getting my car repaired again at Marty's! (Just kidding) seriously though Roger who is the front man at Marty's has excellent interpersonal skills. He is very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and also gas a great sense of humor. Alll business owners should be just like Roger.

Fantastic experience with the shop to repair a door dent/scratch. Roger helped me and was super nice and patient. He explained my options, ultimately recommending the less expensive option as he thought I would have a better result. He made it very easy to quickly get the repair done with a great result. Words can’t describe how awesome this place is! It’s like the Cheers of autobody work. Everyone is knowledgeable, skilled, and most importantly respectful and friendly. I came in with minor damages to the front of my car and Roger and his team were able to fix it in on the spot, no charge. Compared to the $700 quote I got from other shops, it’s safe to say this place thinks long term! My car looks wonderful, couldn’t even pinpoint where I was hit. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here and recommending to family and friends.

The most well deserved 5 stars. Came highly rec'd by our mechanic of 30 years. This guy was unbelievably honest. After receiving quote at a prior place, I realize that place was trying to rip off my elderly father. I can't commend the respectful, helpful, HONEST (so hard to find) customer service they gave us. I could go on with the story but won't. I was really floored by how great they were. THANK YOU MARTY'S!

My front bumper was hit pretty badly- after taking it to a few different auto body shops I was told that I would need a new bumper which would range in price from $500-$1000 (for a new Honda bumper). When I took it to Marty's they were the only shop that told me the current bumper was salvageable. They did the repair the same day for only a fraction of the price I was quoted by other shops. Truly a great experience, definitely recommending them to anyone who needs body work. (Before and After photos taken the same day are below)

No need to look any further. Marty's is the best. Everyone there, especially Dan, made the process of getting my car repaired easy and stress-free. They did a wonderful job on my car and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Most importantly, they were incredibly kind and gracious. I highly recommend them.

I left my brand new car at Marty's for body works caused by an accident. Unfortunately another mechanic problem occurred during the work. While the insurance company and dealership were kicking the balls, Roger at Marty's got my back and took responsibility for it. They are decent guys and the body work was perfect too. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Roger, the co-owner, understands customer service as well as the people in his shop know how to erase the embarrassing memory of "I-did-it-to-my-own-car". They did a fabulous job color matching the custom paint, including fading the new paint to blend with the old (an art I never thought about before). Very happy customer.
