After some initial research, we contacted Best Clean to clean two of our carpets in January of 2021. For the first visit/consultation, a worker stopped by to assess the work to be completed. The next weekend someone else was dispatched to start the work. He came by, but unfortunately, instead of cleaning the carpet, he totally ruined it. Clearly, he was inexperienced and spent a good amount of time on the phone with his supervisor to guide him through the cleaning process. At the end of the day, the carpets were left in a poorer and more stained condition than when he had started.
