This review is a long time in the making, I had a run in with this company 2 years ago. The customer service here is absolutely awful. First, they sold me "demo" units with barely any discount, but upon use I realized they were more "used" than a "demo." The tank already had substantial build up inside (they didn't even bother to clean the tank before selling it). Second, they up-sold me a $2,000+ machine for dry soil removal that once I used it I realize it made me less efficient than a $20 dry mop. Fortunately they accepted the machine as a return and I could get my $2,000+ back. Or so I thought
