A preliminary estimate based on using an online form and uploading photos was promptly followed by a visit from Berj, the team leader.
Berj is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about restoring old wooden floors like the old growth heartwood pine in my living room and the wide plank yellow pine in my guest room.Together we refined the work proposal and my job was scheduled quickly and in the timeframe I requested.

We are thrilled with how well our floors turned out. Eco Floor Sanding had no easy task... we have a Victorian from circa 1900 with very worn heart pine floors and stairs. They carefully repaired radiator holes, patched a few places that were too worn to be restored, and also fixed a few locations with sub-floor issues found during the repair work. They also installed new heart pine in the kitchen and lined up the boards perfectly. The results are seamless and the finish is flawless! I would highly recommend choosing them for your own house. There was a minor miscommunication and they addressed

Truly Exceptional! Berj and team did partial installation of new wood due to my basement repair of foundation wall and floor and polished the whole floor. Can't thank Berj enough for everything that is right about him and his team. Absolute trustworthy and phenomenal quality of work within a reasonable price. Highest recommendation. 25 years ago I put down Chestnut flooring (from reclaimed barn beams) in my living room, dining room and kitchen. The floor was never redone after the original installation and the traffic areas looked horrible.
I contacted 5 companies. 2 never returned my calls and 1 gave me an estimate but did not do dustless sanding. Eco was one of the two that came out to give me an estimate.
When Berj (the owner of Eco) came to give me an estimate I told him my concerns about using dustless sanding and matching the existing color.
He used their dustless sanding equipment and my wife and I were blown away

We hired Eco Floor Sanding to repair locations in our hardwood floors after we had electrical outlets removed. We couldn't be more pleased. Berj made recommendations for how to get the best results, and scheduled the work quickly. He was a pleasure to work with, and despite the need for some sanding, left no dust. He even provided recommendations for how to best maintain hardwood floors so that only periodic buffing would be needed and not refinishing. Looking at our floors, nobody would know that they had multiple holes repaired. As we need work done in other parts of our house, we look forward
