Since 2005 I knew that I wanted to pursue a career as an insurance agent. In 2015 I began my journey to realize my dream of owning my own insurance agency and I became a State Farm Agent and opened my agency in 2017 with the vision of creating life-long relationships with my customers and helping them with every life changing events.

Based in Bakersfield, California, we have the ability to help customers throughout Arvin, Lamont, Taft, and the San Joaquin Valley and focus on learning about you, your needs, and making sure you are properly protected from every life changing situation.

I get nothing but the best service from the girls every time I need help with my auto, renters, life, and health insurance. This office is always clean, it smells so good all the time, and they have the best candy too! I highly recommended them if you are looking great service and they make you feel like family.

When searching for a life policy , I wanted an insurance agency that I could trust. I called Jose Ramos’s agency and they helped me choose the right life policy for me. I am grateful that they were able to help me secure my life and of my family as well from the uncertainty a sudden death could bring. I am a State Farm customer; however, my agent is out of town. My truck was stolen here In Bakersfield and I needed to fill out some documents to get things going. I went to another State Farm agents office and he was rude and refused to help me. So my agents office contacted Jose’s office and they were willing to help me. As soon as I got to his office I was greeted by his employees, Carolina had the paperwork ready, she helped me through the process, and answered the questions I had. Great service! Always on top of their things. Just call or text Monica Vela. She is always there when needed. Always professional. Everyone in there is very friendly. Smiles are on their faces no matter what time you go in. I just went in 5 minutes before closing, still got the service that would be provided during the day time. Highly recommended.
