Kristen is the BEST! I’m a natural dirty blonde, but have been coloring my hair a natural red for a few years and it took me for-ev-er to find someone in NE Ohio who got it the right color. Kristen nailed it the first time. She helped put me at ease and feel comfortable with her right away. She’s so knowledgeable and is always going to new classes to keep up on education and perfect her skills. She reallllly listens to you and will do whatever she can to make your hair dreams come true. She also has a recommendation for the best product to remedy whatever hair trouble you have. She’s so fun

I've been going to Kristen for about 2 years now and don't ever want to leave! She always asks what I want and can figure out how to achieve that look. She is so kind and caring and makes 3 hours feel like 30 minutes in her chair. I have fine hair and love to be very blonde, and she always gives me a fresh look but still maintains the health of my hair. She is such a sweetheart and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
