As a new guest your appointment includes additional time for an in depth consultation to address any hair concerns you may have as well as make a plan for your first visit.
Kristen is an enneagram 3, Aquarius who loves taking hikes with her dog, Coco, going to cross-fit, and spending her free time checking out local wineries with her husband, Josh. She loves to adventure and actually eloped in the mountains of Colorado in 2019. Kristen is a Certified SKW Handtied Extension Artist and Trainer.

I set up an appointment as a new client for a hair cut and got a quick extension consult on the same day. Kristen went over everything from cost, color, length. She was very thorough and asked questions about how I usually style my hair and things to figure out if the extensions were suited for me and so she knew how to color it to my liking. Absolutely the best service I have ever received. The stylist took the time to explain realistically what different colors would look like on me and really help my grasp what was best for me. Honestly, I have never felt more beautiful than what this coloring had made me feel. 10/10 recommend to everyone. I don't often review places, but I just had to this time. I was recommended by a close family friend. Identity hair is amazing. Emma did such an excellent job on my hair, and I'm pretty positive this is the happiest I have ever been after a hair cut. The staff is extremely friendly and conversational! No worries about those awkward silences for your first time! (I think we've all been there!) The salon is clean and safe, so you shouldn't worry about being uncomfortable in the times of Covid. I can't recommend them enough!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been getting extensions done by Kristen for a few years, so I couldn’t have been more excited when she opened her new salon! I’ve always had such fun conversations and experiences with Kristen and Emma-they are super sweet and so amazing at what they do!
