Services
We inspect your roofing, siding, gutters, and screening for damage associated with hail, wind and water damage using the same process your insurance company employs. Meeting the insurance adjuster at your property ensures documentation taken during an initial inspection will be reviewed and an appropriate repair or replacement cost is agreed upon.
Quality Renovation replaced all the siding, roofs and gutters on a 200 unit property. Throughout the project both supervisors were extremely accommodating and communications was always open with the Property Manager to make sure issues were at a minimum. Any warranty work after the completion has been handled very swiftly and we are thankful for that.
While working with installing and fixing residential exteriors are not easy at all, repairing and installing commercial building can become a real challenge. WHY? Because of difficulties in. Quality Renovation LLC was founded in 2007 by Kyu Seon "Andy" Jo who is the one of thepremier siding installers in Northern Virginia. For over two decades Andy managed the install crews for many of the exterior remodeling companies in the region. Andy was and is always in great demand for his exemplary skills "with the brake" -meaning he is a master craftsman when wrapping (aka capping or cladding) woo with aluminum coil.

We had hail damage in Woodbridge, VA and Quality Renovations (namely Joe), worked with our insurance reps from start to finish. We happened to be in Montana for the entirety of the job, but Joe clearly and thoroughly communicated with us and all was handled very smoothly. Very competitive bid, solid knowledge of the insurance claim process and expert results on the roof. I would highly recommend Quality Renovations on any roof job...truly a trustworthy business!! The guys at Quality Renovations came to my door about a month ago offering a free roofing and siding inspection for a hail storm that had hit a few weeks prior. I allowed them to inspect it that day and they let me know that my roof had sustained damage from the storm. They showed me pictures of the damage, explained the process and told that there was a high probability that my insurance would cover the cost of replacing my roof. I contacted my insurance company and a few days later, Rob and Joe came to my house to meet the adjuster. The insurance company agreed to replace my cedar shake roof
