I wanted to gift my parents embroidered handkerchiefs on my wedding day and decided to look for local options, once I realized that an Etsy order would not arrive in time. I thrifted vintage handkerchiefs and brought them to Waterfront Embroidery, along with my handwritten message. I got to pick the thread color and placement, and my order was ready right in time and looked amazing. Customer service was really great, too! My parents sobbed when they got it, especially once they realized the message was in my handwriting. Highly recommend Waterfront Embroidery if you want to support a local business

I recently took a jacket I have to waterfront embroidery on December 18th 2017 to have a name taken off and replaced with my name and they said it would be done in the beginning of January. And then on December 21 I get a phone call from them saying my jacket was done. And I was shocked on how early they were done with it. Because you would figure they would have alot of orders in because of the Christmas. But anyway it only costed me 7 dollars.

Waterfront Embroidery is a FIRST CLASS OPERATION. I had a last minute idea for an embroidered blanket for a gift. I brought in a picture from the internet that I wanted duplicated with a blanket that I had purchased. The picture was PERFECTLY matched. Even after I was sent a proof and wanted to make a final adjustment for the font it was made without an issue. Everyone was PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. Pricing was ECONOMICAL too.
