I went in and I was completely overwhelmed with personalized gift ideas! Everywhere you turn you’re sure to find the perfect unique gifts.
I ended up purchasing a personalized plaque for one of my employees and I was literally able to watch the machine do the work within less then 5 minutes!
I was very impressed and I loved the experience!
I’ll be back to purchase personalized robes for our H.E.R. women’s retreat!!!

Don’t let the name fool you, the store has so much more than just embroidery (although their embroidered items are beautiful). Teresa is so wonderful. She caters to each customer individually. The store carries an eclectic array of personalized and non-personalized gifts. More recently, they acquired a machine to do wood engraving/burning and I purchased a cutting board that was PERFECT. Her prices are more than reasonable and when you don’t know what to get someone she always has wonderful suggestions. It’s my “go to” place for gift giving.

I’ve been a customer of Embroidery by the Heart for a few years now. Theresa has done a variety of embroidery and screen printing for me. While she generally does do a good job & can pretty much personalize anything, she takes weeks to do even the simplest of embroidery. My most recent experience was getting names embroidered on four pajama tops. Pretty simple especially compared to the other projects she’s done for me in the past. After waiting a few weeks for them to be completed, I went to pick them up and I was floored by the cost. I thought it would’ve costed around $5 a top/name. Nope

By chance (very lucky) I came across this adorable shop when looking to have a blanket embroidered for my son and his bride to be. Theresa was happy energetic and upbeat when I spoke to her on the phone and even more so in person when entered her store for the first time. She helped me select the perfect embroidery color thread to accent the blanket.
Work was exactly as I had hoped and it looked beautiful. It was ready for pick up when she said it would be. The bride-to-be and my son LOVED it.....as well as all the guests at the bridal shower. Kudos to Theresa and her employees for running such
