Several years ago (1998) while "frustrated" at my then current position, I found myself realizing a very disturbing fact. We founded TERRY Environmental Services to focus on serving our Clients and solving their problems.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are generally required by lending institutions prior to lending funds toward the purchase and/or development of commercial properties. The goal of these assessments is to prevent the buyer from unknowingly purchasing property that has anenvironmental cloud over it.
Often, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments uncover environmental issues that must be more fully investigated before a determination can be made regarding the environmental well-being of a property. In most cases, these situations present themselves at the beginning of the project, as opposed to the end of the project.

And near industrialized areas, outdoor pollution can accumulate and magnify indoors.
