Gonzalo Cadavieco offers his clients the extensive knowledge and experience that 12 years in the mortgage and real estate industry has taught him. Gonzalo has worked various aspects of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in both the residential and commercial market. Prior to earning his Real Estate License and Finance degree from Florida Atlantic University, Gonzalo began his career in 2005 as a Mortgage Broker.
Humberto graduated as an honor student from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Economics and a minor in IT. Before earning a fulltime position at Cadamex Realty Group as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Humberto proved himself as an invaluable member of the team through interning. Humberto brings knowledge, commitment, and passion to Cadamex which enables him to excel in every aspect of his real estate dealings.
Sigrid graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors in Paralegal Studies and has vast experience working as a legal assistant in the litigation and real estate sectors. A successful career in real estate law ignited Sigrid's desire to become a licensed realtor. Sigrid has become a vital member of Cadamex Realty Group, utilizing her academic knowledge and professional background in litigation and real estate to excel as an agent.
Rick is a New York native who brings 18 years of full-service real estate experience to the Cadamex team. More than a knowledgeable Realtor, he is a true people person who listens carefully to his client's needs and expectations. Rick utilizes his skills and expertise to develop personalized marketing strategies for each client to ensure their desired goals are always reached.

Cadamex is the best! Humberto was the best also everyone in the group thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and very professional! I really enjoyed working with Gonzalo, Humberto and Melissa. I recently did a refinance and purchase with them at the same time and they made the process look easy. I am self employed and my income comes from different sources, they were able to put this all together and get me approved fast for both loans. They have some of the best rates I have seen. They also, with the help of their sister Melissa, got me a price reduction on my purchase of a duplex for $25,000. These "three amigos" as they are called, are amazing and I will continue to use them for my real estate needs.

Gonzalo and the Cadamex group were able to complete the refinancing of my home in record time; in 12 days I was cleared to close!! After trying to refinance for the last 3 years with other lenders without success, because of all the red tape some of these lenders have, I was able to complete everything without ever leaving my home.
