I have 3 children, my oldest being 8. Since her third birthday till now as well as her 6 year old sister and 4 year old brother, we ALWAYS rent a bounce house and either snow cone or cotton candy machine. Jumping Joe's is always on time and professional. The crew is friendly and they go ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure happy clients. Honestly, why would anyone ever stray. Love you guys!!!

We had a great experience with Jumping Joe's for my daughter's birthday party. The Frozen slide was PERFECT and a huge hit! Since our party was on a Sunday, it was delivered on Saturday. The delivery drivers were nice and set everything up perfectly. Slide was clean. Kids and adults both enjoyed sliding. They came the next day and picked it up. Hassle free party entertainment! Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone looking for an inflatable rental.

This is a review from my sons party last year. I got an email reminder to reserve again. So here we go. The delivery people were SO LATE! Got here 30 min before the party. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Was supposed to have it 2 hours before. Did not clean when they got here. I was so busy I didn't notice until the party started the inside was black and smelled like mildew. I called the owner he said the people did clean it then later said that they did not because it was already cleaned. NOT WHAT IT SAYS THEY DO ONLINE! and argued it didn't smell and that the black

It was easy to contact them, and the owner was pleasant to talk to. Everything arrived on time and was set up quickly.
We rented tables chairs a snow cone Machine and a popcorn machine along with the jumper.
The equipment was clean and the supplies well organized and fresh.
The delivery/ setup guy was friendly and professional.
We had a great time, thanks to jumping Joe's!

ZERO STARS!!!!THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S PARTY!!!!
I will never use this company again. I ordered a Jolly jumper for my daughter's 4th birthday and it was a beautiful castle with her favorite characters. JUMPER DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ADVERTISED PICTURE!!!!
I got an extremely faded jumper and it wasn't a castle,just an ugly banner of the characters.
The tables were filthy, sticky and had tape hanging off the bottoms.
The biggest upset was that the code enforcement came right as the party was starting and said we were not on the list of aloud jumpers. We paid for our permit and ordered the jumper

We reserved a bounce house 2 weeks before my son's 5th birthday party because that was all he wanted. After receiving a confirmation call the Friday before I assumed everything was on track. Them, 20 minutes before the bounce house was set to arrive I received a phone call that the bounce house wasn't coming. We were devastated. All my son wanted for his birthday was a bounce house. I understand that things happen (the driver got sick) but at least call more that 20 minutes previous so that other plans can be made or find someone/anyone who can fill in for that day. Highly disappointed.
